The 60t/d rice mill plant has the function of fully automatically processing paddy into white rice. The complete working process of it is as follows:

Paddy cleaning → stone removing → paddy husking → paddy separating → rice whitening → rice grading → water polishing → color sorting → rice packaging.

Structure details of this combined rice mill plant

1. Paddy cleaner & stone remover: other light debris such as dust, debris, lumps, and stones should be removed as much as possible to achieve a better sweeping effect.

2. Rice husking machine: removing rice husk from the rice grain.

3. Rice separator: mainly for the separation of brown rice from paddy, using the difference in specific gravity and friction coefficient between the three parts of rice, brown rice, and the mixture of the two.

4. Rice polishing machine: the rice polishing machine is specially developed for rice polishing, which is the current advanced technology of rice polishing and whitening machine in the world, resulting in lower temperature of rice, less bran content, and low crushing increment.

5. Rice whitening machine: whitening the surface of rice by spraying water, which is conducive to the formation of a smooth gel layer and prolonged preservation time. lengthening polishing chamber to produce high-quality rice.
