How Does the MNMS Series Rice Whitener Work?
After the husking process, brown rice still has a layer of bran covering its surface. The purpose of whitening is to remove this outer layer and produce white rice with the desired appearance.
The MNMS series uses an emery roller to process brown rice through abrasive friction. As rice passes through the whitening chamber, the roller gradually removes the bran layer. The separated bran is discharged from the machine, while the whitened rice moves to the next processing stage.
