30TPD Mill Rice Machine Successfully Installed in Côte d’Ivoire

Côte d’Ivoire is one of the major rice-consuming countries in West Africa. However, many regions suffer from unstable rice quality and significant post-harvest losses due to a lack of professional mill rice machines.

Our partner in Côte d’Ivoire decided to establish a stable, standardized, and commercially viable rice processing plant to provide services to surrounding farmers and traders.

Project collaboration background

Our project partner is a local service company in Côte d’Ivoire, which offers a diverse range of industrial and agricultural services. They have been involved in building agricultural facilities and processing plants to assist local farmers in processing their agricultural products.

In recent years, due to the rapid increase in rice consumption and the growing importance the Ivorian government places on the local food processing industry, this company decided to invest in and build a medium-sized rice processing plant project to support domestic value-added rice processing.

Project objectives and requirements

Before fully launching this project, our customer had established several core requirements for the machinery and provided us with detailed requirements:

1. The rice milling unit must have a stable daily output of at least approximately 30 tons.
2. The mill rice machine must be capable of processing different varieties of local rice.
3. This entire unit needs to integrate cleaning, hulling, milling, and grading functions.
4. It must be reliable and suitable for long-term continuous operation.
