This client has been deeply involved in local grain processing in Ghana for many years. The 15-ton rice processing production line of the same model that was put into operation in the early stage is running stably with a high rice yield and a low broken rice rate, which effectively helps the client improve the quality of refined rice and meet the rice standards of local high-end retail and catering channels.<\/p>

Customer Background<\/h3>

The customer is a Ghanaian rice processing company that combines rice milling with cooperation with local farmers. By purchasing paddy directly from farmers and farmer groups, the company has established a stable raw material supply and processes the paddy into finished rice for local markets.<\/p>

As its farmer cooperation network and paddy procurement volume continued to grow, the company needed to expand its rice milling capacity. It first purchased 3 sets of 15 TPD rice mill units, and after the equipment met its processing needs, the customer placed a repeat order for 4 additional sets.<\/p>

First Order: 3 Sets of 15 TPD Rice Milling Units<\/h2>

To support its growing rice processing business, the customer first purchased 3 sets of 15 TPD rice milling units, providing a nominal processing capacity of 45 tons per day<\/strong> in total.<\/p>

The standard configuration was designed to cover the main stages of rice processing, including paddy destoning, husking, separation, milling, and grading.<\/p>

Why Did the Customer Reorder?<\/h2>
